The USP of Chauka is its use of old conventional way of cooking, use of earthen pots, wood fire, home made, hand grinded spices for all its dishes.

That makes Chauka different from the rest. At Chauka, we take utmost care about maintaining hygiene & sanitation standards, both inside the kitchen area & also in dining area.

Though it adds significantly to our cost, we have revived old, traditional way of cooking, bringing back your childhood memories.

Our signature dishes are cooked on wooden fire, in earthen pots, just the way your grandmother used to cook. We are extremely choosy in picking up spices. We source our spices, directly from the farmers who grow them. These spices are then dried up & grinded on stone grinders to get you those authentic flavours.

The breads we use in our continental dishes, pizza bases we use are all home made. Even the raw material we use are mostly organic , be it chicken, mutton or fish.

The ambiance is very much desi……to give you the feel of being in your village, in a road side dhaba. Our low sitting dinning area is extremely popular amongst youth and for small family get-together. Use of authentic bamboo furniture, Madhubani paintings highlights on walls would give you a feel of dinning inside an art gallery.
